David Witter, M.D., certified pain management and rehabilitation specialist, and the Sports Med Utah rehabilitation staff at Pioneer Valley Hospital will host a free Doctor’s Orders seminar to help those with back pain find relief.
WHAT: Free health seminar - Managing back pain: non-surgical treatment options for active lifestyles. Dr. Witter and Sports Med Utah staff will touch on treatment options, including:
- Back pain by the numbers
- On-field assessment and acute management of back injuries
- Management of “nagging” back pain
- Diagnostics and formal treatment
- Therapy interventions – home and away
Height predictor screenings and agility testing are also available for seminar guests.
